This policy explains what information Verix Digital OPC ("Verix Digital", "we") collects when you use verixdigital.com, ask us for a quote or work with us, and what we do with it. We decide how this information is used, and we are the ones to contact about it.

1. What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, email, business name and your answers to the quote form, plus the page and link you came from (for example, a link from one of our ads).
When you pay: our payment provider, Whop, collects your payment details. We see your name, your email and what you paid for, never your card number.
When you work with us: the messages, files and account access you give us for your project.
While you fill in the quote form: your browser saves your answers on your own device, so you don't lose them if you leave. They are deleted from your browser when you send the form. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Technical data: our website host keeps standard logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.

2. How we use it

To prepare your scope and quote, reply to you, build and deliver your project, and handle payments and refunds.
To see which pages and ads bring people to us, using the link you came from.
We do not sell your information, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.

3. Who helps us

We use a few trusted services. Each one only gets the information it needs for its job:

Anthropic (Claude AI) reads your quote answers to help us draft your scope and price. A person reviews every quote before it is sent to you.
Resend sends our quote emails.
Google runs our business email inbox, and Google Fonts supplies the text font this website uses.
Vercel hosts this website.
Whop processes payments. Its own privacy policy also applies when you pay.

These services may store or process information outside the Philippines, for example in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

Quote requests: for as long as we need them to answer you and keep our business records. If you don't go ahead with a project, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Project and payment records: for as long as the law requires us to keep them, for example for tax.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email admin@verixdigital.com; we reply within 1 business day. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your own country's laws.

6. Security

Our site and services use encrypted connections (https), and only the people working on your request or project can see your information.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
